This combination of two apartments on lower Fifth Avenue included an all new custom kitchen with handmade lacquer cabinetry and central air conditioning. Sensitive details such as a bespoke marble sink, Statuary marble slabs for bathroom walls and concealed-hinge doors preserve the residence’s classic feel while giving it a more modern edge.
