The owners of this 2000 square foot townhouse in Carroll Gardens asked us to completely change the configuration and aesthetic of their residence. A stunning open steel stair with floating oak treads is illuminated by an oversized skylight above, while a diaphanous guardrail of thin steel rods allows the light from the skylight to filter throughout the house. A stone-faced fireplace, luscious walnut and lacquer contemporary kitchen, bluestone patio, large glass sliding doors, and all new sleek bathrooms complete this unique Brooklyn home.
